This one is super simple and a great way to create joy. Take an empty jar that you have laying around your house or purchase a mason jar online. You can choose from a variety of sizes. Then each day write something you are grateful for on a small piece of paper and add it to the jar. When you feel nervous or stir crazy, open the jar and look at all the positive things you have written. If you have kids, this is a great project and lesson learned. Have them decorate it with ribbons and tags.
