Calluna on Compo

This lovely Westport home was in need of some paint and furnishings to create a warm and inviting environment. Beginning with foyer, we added a beautiful chest and lamp from Worlds Away along with new simple but elegant flush-mount to keep it understated with a stunning leopard print rug.

The eat-in-kitchen we reupholstered the chairs and added some accessories with a splash of honey to bring both the kitchen and family room together

The family room was a challenge as there was an existing large built-in media wall and the fireplace was on a perpendicular wall. We opted for two sofas flanking the media wall and two chairs that swivel so that they can be used for TV viewing as well as fireplace gazing.

The family has two older dogs, so they wanted to limit the use of rugs. The living room opens to the dining room, and the Calluna color from Farrow and Ball is on the walls in the dining room, we added a fabulous chandelier from Circa over the table and picked up elements of the purple in the living room in the chairs and accents. The fireplace screen, coffee table, console table all have gold leafing. Lastly, we added a few pretty lamps and art to pull it together.
