How to keep your chairs from scratching your hardwood floors

Make no mistake, your hardwood floors will get scratched over time. There is no way to fully avoid it but you can take some steps to minimize the damage.

1. Put felt tabs on the bottom of your chairs.
2. Place a low pile rug underneath.
3. Don’t add rollers to the bottom of chairs. Get swivel seats instead.
4. Clean the floor regularly because dirt can be gritty and cause damage.
