
Consultation: Time to discuss your likes and dislikes about the current décor of your home. It can either be a focus in one room or several, or the entire house. We can focus on furnishings, accessories, colors, window treatments - whatever you feel you need to do to make your home exactly how you would like it to be.
Fee: Initial Consultation - $150.00 per/hr. (1 hr. minimum), Design Preview/Consultation - $100 per/hr.
Custom window treatments/bedding: We offer a
full service workroom for custom bedding, window treatments,
headboards as well shades and blinds.
Fee based upon project.
One Day Redesign: Based upon
our initial consultation, I will rearrange your furniture,
rehang artwork and re-accessorize using all of your own things.
Fee: $300 per room (Fee may vary depending on size of room.)
Personal Shopping: As a result of the consultation, you may decide to add a piece or two and do not have time to do the shopping. I can shop for you and find exactly what is needed to finish the job.
Fee: $100 per/hr.
Real Estate Staging: If you plan on selling your home, let me show you how to sell it quickly and for more money. I'll walk you through with a detailed checklist and give you ideas on how to enhance the positives. I will also prepare a written report detailing all recommendations.
Fee: Initial Staging and Checklist - $300 per/hr. 1 hr. minimum (Fee to execute and stage depends on size of project.)
Event/Holiday Decorating:
Fee: $100 per/hr. or a fee can be set based on the size of the project.
