Our job is not to tell you what would look good in your home but to listen and understand what you wish your home to be and to deliver on that vision. And, as important as it is to meet your aesthetic objectives, we believe that it is just as important to meet your budget and deadlines. Our goal is to make your home beautiful, comfortable and a source of pride.

Consultation: Time to discuss your likes and dislikes about the current décor of your home. It can either be a focus in one room or several, or the entire house. We can focus on furnishings, accessories, colors, window treatments - whatever you feel you need to do to make your home exactly how you would like it to be.

Fee: Initial Consultation Price- $200.00 Design Preview/Consultation - $125 per/hr.

Full-Service Interior Design Services: Depending on your wants and needs, kellydesigns has the capability to create floor plans, select furniture, fabrics and window treatments, design cabinetry, provide floor, paint and lighting options, and accessorize to suit your tastes. We will oversee deliveries and installations.

Organize: kellydesigns has added a professional organizer to help our clients manage their newly designed space. Not only will we get you organized, we provide a plan that helps you keep your ‘new home’ clutter free, warm and inviting.

Design Preview/Consultation – $125/hr

Custom window treatments/bedding: We offer a full service workroom for custom bedding, reupholstery and installation services, window treatments, headboards, as well shades and blinds.

Fee based upon project.

One Day Redesign: Based upon our initial consultation, we will rearrange your furniture, rehang artwork and re-accessorize using all of your own things.

Fee: $300 per room (Fee may vary depending on size of room.)

Hands-on Staging : This is taking the consultation to the next level – making your home a showcase to garner a maximum bid. Services include furniture arrangement, "de-cluttering", creative room redesign and organizing. Staging your home appropriately can be done in several ways depending on need and budget: using only your current furniture and accessories, using your furniture with newly purchased accessories or if necessary, bringing in some rental accessories and/or furniture. ‘Primping’ and painting recommendations will be made in all situations. Once the Staging is complete, we will provide everyday tips for upkeep while your home is on the market.

Real Estate Staging: If you plan on selling your home, let me show you how to sell it quickly and for more money. I'll walk you through with a detailed checklist and give you ideas on how to enhance the positives. I will also prepare a written report detailing all recommendations.

Fee: Initial Staging and Checklist - $300 (Fee to execute and stage depends on size of project.)

Open House and/or Listing Photo "Touch-Up": Be prepared for your first Open House or the Listing Photo Session by having a kellydesigns ‘prep session’. We’ll rearrange and accessorize to provide maximum flow, showcase desirable aspects of the house and hide the blemishes. Some props may be brought in and must be returned at the end of the day or session.

Fee: $125/hr

Vacant House Staging : It is important to make a buyer envision what it would be like to live in your home. We’ll make a vacant house look like a home by choosing and installing rental furniture as well as creating 'vignettes' using our furnishings and accessories. We have our own inventory of rental accessories, plants, bedding, window treatments and artwork to complete the 'look'. We handle all arrangements for delivery, set-up and de-staging when the house sells.

Event/Holiday Decorating:

Fee: $125 per/hr. or a fee can be set based on the size of the project.
