Payment:
All orders must be paid prior to shipping

We accept payments through PayPal send to Kelly@kellydesignsofct.com.

Shipping:
We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping is calculated by weight and will be specified during checkout.

Our Return Policy for Ready Made Items
We offer one time item exchange with no extra charges other than the shipping costs, unless it is a result of our error. We accept returns with NO RESTOCKING FEE within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us by phone or email within 7 business days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA) in order for us to accept the return. Beyond the 7 day “NO RESTOCKING FEE” window, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date for a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be  in unused condition and must have an RA number marked on the return package, before we can accept them.

All returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return.
Once we receive the return, we will credit your account within 7 business days.

Our Return Policy for Custom Made Items
All custom orders are final sale and are not returnable , unless it is a result of our error.
